I was drawn to Berthillon by the availability of inventive flavors, and when I got there, they delivered. Blood orange sorbet? Hell yeah.The one thing I did not like about Berthillon: They don't let you try the flavors you're contemplating. Berthillon, if you're going to have cool flavors, people are going to want to try before they buy. Just invest in some tiny spoons.Portion sizes were small compared to what I'm used to in the states, but I thought it was a great size for a mid-afternoon treat!
